APD Social (social.aipowereddahlia.com) is an internal publishing tool operated by AI Powered Dahlia. It schedules and publishes content to social media accounts that we own or that our clients have authorized us to manage. It connects to the following platforms through their official developer programs: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and Bluesky.
What we access. When an account owner connects a social media account, the platform issues us an access token. We use that token only to publish posts, upload the media attached to those posts, read the list of pages or channels the account owner administers, and read the delivery status of posts we published. We do not read private messages, contact lists, or follower data unless a separately described feature (comment reply automation) is explicitly enabled by the account owner.
What we store. Access tokens (encrypted), the platform account identifier and display name, the content and media of posts scheduled through the tool, and publishing logs. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States.
What we do not do. We do not sell, share, resell, or enrich platform data. We do not use platform data to build profiles or for advertising. Platform data is never combined with data from other sources.
Retention and deletion. Tokens are kept only while the account stays connected. Disconnecting an account in APD Social deletes its token immediately; scheduled posts and logs for that account are deleted within 30 days. Any account owner can also request deletion at any time by following our data deletion instructions, and we complete the request within 30 days.
Platform terms. Our use of each platform's API is governed by that platform's developer terms, including the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, X Developer Agreement, Pinterest Developer Guidelines, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Our website does not use tracking cookies. We use Fathom Analytics, which is cookie-free and compliant with GDPR, ePrivacy, PECR, and CCPA.
