APD Social stores only what it needs to publish posts to social media accounts that are connected to it: an access token for each connected account, the account identifier and display name, scheduled post content and media, and publishing logs. Here is how to remove it.
The access token is deleted immediately. Scheduled posts and logs for that account are deleted within 30 days.
You can also remove APD Social from the platform side. On Facebook or Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove APD Social. On LinkedIn, go to Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services. On TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube, use the connected apps section of your account settings. Revoking access invalidates our token; we delete the remaining data within 30 days.
Send a request through our contact page with the platform and account name. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.
If you remove APD Social from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta sends us a data deletion request automatically. We process it and delete your data within 30 days.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.
